The colours depicted in the Epphaven Cove bowl are highlighted when they catch the sun. From varying browns and blacks, to the gluttonous pouring of opal and blue glazes, all cascade down over the mis-formed coils to complete this stoneware cavernous bowl. Like the secrets of the cave at Epphaven Cove, it’s only when you turn the form that you see a subtle glisten of bronze and the light at the end of the tunnel.
